Straddling between delivery excellence and working with Account Executives, David delivered consistent results and CSAT scores, while assisting Accounts grow their SKU's and drive revenue.

David led and managed the first connected campus utilizing Salesforce to fulfill the Universities vision of a single source of truth. Using the mindset to meet students at any point of their journey to be "Met where they are", He was a fierce proponent to ensure a student could be serviced in a manner that met THEIR needs. Bridging generations and allowing systems to be viciously automated to increase productivity and increase enrollment.
