David led and managed the first connected campus utilizing Salesforce to fulfill the Universities vision of a single source of truth. Using the mindset to meet students at any point of their journey to be "Met where they are", He was a fierce proponent to ensure a student could be serviced in a manner that met THEIR needs. Streamlined loan origination and servicing processes by re-architecting OmniScript, Data Mappers, and FlexCards, reducing process times by 53% and accelerating time to funding. David architected the consolidation of six Salesforce core orgs into a single instance for 3,200 users and merged five Marketing Cloud instances into one, driving enhanced cross-marketing capabilities and improved customer engagement.
